Communication Systems Master Program

You are a motivated student with a bachelor degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, computer science or in a related field? You have a strong analytical background and you are looking for a challenging program in an international environment? This program is for you! Students who are enrolled in a 5-year program (e.g., Diplom in Germany or Austria, master program in Sweden, and so on) can apply to the master program at the EPFL IC after their third year if their marks after the first two years (e.g., Vordiplom in Germany) show excellence and motivation.

Students with strong research interests and who have finished or are currently finishing a 4-year bachelor with outstanding results may be eligible directly to the PhD program. See our doctoral program website for more information.

Our Master program offers many optional courses and the possibility to do a specialization. Also, you can spend 6 months in an outside company or a research laboratory during an internship .

Students with an EPFL Bachelor degree in Communication Systems can do their Master studies at EURECOM and get an EPFL Master degree.
